Job Analysis

We conduct a job analysis to document the knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics required or sought for the job. From these the relevant information is captured. Prior to the recruitment stage, each job category profile is finalized to fit with the projects specifications.

 

Sourcing

The next is to source workers who fit the job descriptions. We employ the use of one or more strategies to attract or identify candidates to fill job vacancies. It may involve internal and/or external recruitment advertising, using appropriate media, such as local or national newspapers, specialist recruitment media, professional publications, window advertisements, job centers, or in a variety of ways via the internet. Individual profiles are built from this phase.

THE PROCESS OF LABOUR BROKERING:

In the last phase we screen and finally select the right candidates for the relevant vacancies, thus placing them in jobs.

 

We employ various methods in the final screening and selection such as various psychological tests, literacy tests, fitness tests etc. Applicant tracking systems are used to filter candidates, along with software tools for psychometric testing  where necessary and performance-based assessment.
